The Power of Mind, Body, and Spirit

This isn’t about The Secret or an upcoming movie—it’s about the true power of the mind and spirit in transforming health. My journey has been painful yet transformative, proving how deeply our mental and physical health are connected.

Facing the Mirror

With support, I confronted the roots of my depression and anxiety. I had locked away pain for years, but as I worked on forgiveness and honesty, my physical health improved. Every emotional wound I made peace with seemed to ease a physical pain.

The Mind-Body Connection

For years, I battled chronic pain from Fibromyalgia and unexplained health issues. Despite endless tests, doctors found nothing wrong. But I knew my pain was real.

At 37, I had a hysterectomy, believing it would end years of suffering. Instead, I was diagnosed with Pelvic Congestion Syndrome, another condition tied to stress and emotional distress. My bottled-up pain has been fueling my illness? Science suggests yes.

Seizures, Migraines, and Stress

In 2013, a three-week migraine led to a seizure. My body went numb, and I blacked out. A neurologist later diagnosed me with Migralepsy—seizure-like episodes triggered by stress. It took years to find the right treatment, but the biggest revelation was how much stress controlled my health.

Healing Through Forgiveness

For years, I dismissed the idea that emotional wounds affected my physical health. But when I finally opened up to healing—truly facing my past and learning to forgive—the pain started to fade.

I’m not “cured,” but I’m healing. I’m learning to let go, live lighter, and embrace freedom—for both my mind and body.
