Although I don’t feel these words as deeply today, I recognize them—like a distant friend I once knew well.
They echo from a place I’ve been… a place some of you might still be.

This piece is for anyone who’s ever struggled to hold it all together.
For those carrying invisible weight, feeling unseen, unheard, or simply tired of the climb—
you’re not alone.

Let this be a soft reminder that healing takes time, and your story still matters—especially on the hard days.

At Some Point

At some point… I’ll be better. For longer than this.

At some point, I’ll be able to hold myself together—
stronger, steadier, for longer.

I won’t break at every harsh word or stumble at every struggle.
Your energy won’t drain mine dry.
My armor will hold.

At some point, the answers won’t feel so far out of reach.
Maybe the tears will fall less from pain and more from joy.
Maybe the fight won’t feel so constant.
Maybe the climb won’t be so steep.

At some point, I’ll get something right.
I won’t feel so dissected, dismissed, or overlooked.

And maybe—just maybe—
there’ll be a day I’m truly considered.

Maybe someday…
At some point.
