Colossians 1:12-14
12; and giving joyful thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of his holy people in the kingdom of light. 13; For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, 14 in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
In these verses, the Apostle Paul encourages believers to express gratitude to God the Father, who has enabled them to partake in the blessings reserved for His holy people. God has delivered believers from the realm of darkness and transitioned them into the kingdom of His beloved Son, Jesus Christ. Through Jesus, believers experience redemption and the forgiveness of sins.

Dear Lord,
With hearts full of gratitude, we lift our voices in joyful thanks to You, our Father, who has qualified us to share in the glorious inheritance of Your holy people—the kingdom of light. You have called us out of darkness, not because of our worth, but because of Your boundless mercy and grace.
You have rescued us from the shadows that once held us captive, from the weight of sin that sought to separate us from You. Through Your love, You have brought us into the kingdom of Your Son, Jesus, the One who redeems, restores, and makes all things new. By His sacrifice, we are forgiven, washed clean, and called Your own.
Lord, we bow our heads in awe of all You have done. For the seen and unseen blessings, for the trials that shape us, for the grace that sustains us, and for the hope that anchors our souls—we give thanks. May our lives be a reflection of Your love, and may we never cease to praise Your name.
In humble gratitude,
– SK
