The Christ Encounter

Only in You do I find my significance restored. In You I am teasured and adored.

It’s only in You my shame is buried. With You I am protected, I’m carried.

Only In You I am freed from the lies. I am sacred in Your eyes.

The voice of the ememy is unable to penetrate my spirit. I hold on to this truth, it’s no secert.

I worship in the clear light of day. With Christ I will never fear going astray.

My hope, my identity comes from the Lord. I wear this armor and carry this sword.

My strength is in You alone, I will never thrist again. I am Your perfect design.

The darkness is replaced with Your light. Your Grace and peace in Your sight.

I’ll never be lost in the darkness, comsumed by this world. I am Your pearl, Your girl.

The one You made simply honest, with care and love. In this I rest and look above.

I am a gift. My soul You uplift.

Let my soul be constanly renewed in You. My hope always refreshed and recused.

I will never be the same, forever I am changed.

The living water cleanse my soul, washed away rusted and filled the holes.

I can shine even in sickness as You’ve molded me to be Your witness.

For today and all my days, I will accompany love and good works with action and praise.

Thank You, I am saved. Forever I am I changed.

The Samaritan woman, taken aback, asked, "How come you, a Jew are asking me, a Samaritan woman, for drink?"
