The Great Ripple Effect

It's story time! The Great Ripple Effect! What's in your cup?

Giving Thanks

After a week of blogging about gratitude I have to relog this! Perfect!

Reflections: A Mindful Journey

Eventful and Thankful moment
Live in the moment
Make the most of this moment
Smile in the moment
Be captured by the moment
Do not resist the moment

In the moment
is where you/we need to be
In the moment
another moment is being created

What do we do with the moment
Count our blessings
and our ability to be a blessing
Remember things could be worse
And Thank God for what is
and what has been made available
and that which has been given.

Happy Thanksgiving
and thanks for sharing this moment with me!

Goddess

He treats me like a Goddess- Dark time, hard times I didn't know who I was for a minute -Day passed, weeks flashed I didn't know anyone who would get it -Now I'm safe and awake-

Some Things Never Die

I love this poem. Maybe it’s because I relate to the passing away part… maybe it’s because somethings I’ve chosen in my life I know will never die. Writing and leaving my mark on this world with my art will be here after I am gone. The joy, the pain, the memory and experience will be here even when I am not for the read to bear.

The Stories In Between

Through these caverns

An echo mourns

The passing of a life

Wrought with hope

And the illusion

Of significance

A wordless meaning

Left hanging on

The final stroke

Of a pen

That still bleeds

Even without

The hand

To release

Its suffering
